However the bones would not comply to the call Yahweh, thus Yahweh instructed the writer to Prophesy unto the Winds instead.
The Winds are the Angels, thus we are called to speak unto the winds to move upon the children of Ysrayl so that they may rise from their graves of sin, death and disobedience and fulfill the call of Yahweh!
