Yahya Bandele born Mark Elliott Copeland was raised in Lakehurst, NJ a small town along the Jersey shore. In 1980 at the age of 16 Yahweh called Yahya to preach the gospel.
During Yahya's Sophomore Year in College he received his Ministerial license from The African Methodist Episcopal (A.M.E.) Church. Yahya served as Worship Leader for the First (1st) Episcopal District under The Presiding Bishop. Yahya graduated from the A.M.E. Ministerial Institute in Philadelphia, PA and graduated from a conservative Christian College in Pennsylvania the following year in 1987.
In 1989 Yahya left the A.M.E. Church and accepted the Associate Pastor position at St.Johns Baptist Church in (Ewing) Trenton, New Jersey. In 1997 under the direction of the Holy Spirit Yahya left the Church and The Protestant Movement and has not served in any official Church capacity since.
In 1999 Yahya wrote a book entitled "The Prostitute in The Pulpit"
the book was published in 2002. Due to the controversial nature of the book Yahya had the opportunity to travel the country promoting the book at Borders Books, Barnes & Nobles and several African American Book stores throughout the country.
During the Book Tour is when Yahweh began to enlighten Yahya concerning the scriptures and the deep secrets it held regarding the true identity of the Hebrews.
In 2006, Yahya Bandele founded "The C.O.F.A.H Network" in order to give a voice to a people who have been awakened to the truth concerning their heritage as Ysraelites, but are yet rejected in a world by those who have deceitfully hidden the truth from them.
Through the C.O.F.A.H. Network Yahya released the spiritually riveting Documentary "Hebrew or The So-Called Negro" Rated #3
